Bank statement PDF → CSV · Excel · QBO
The whole conversion runs inside this page. Your statement is never uploaded — pull the network cable and it still works. And every conversion is checked against the statement's own arithmetic, so you find out whether the numbers are right before you rely on them.

or · several at once is fine
Three steps, all of them on your machine. The middle one is the reason to use this instead of a generic PDF converter.
The statement you downloaded from online banking. Several months at once is fine — they are merged in date order and checked against each other.
The running balance is re-added row by row, and the deposits, withdrawals and closing balance are compared with the totals the bank printed. A mismatch is flagged with the row, not hidden.
CSV is free and unlimited. Excel (.xlsx) and QBO for QuickBooks are paid per page — from $2 for 20 pages, paid once, never expiring.
Pick exactly the pages you need from $0.10 a page, or take a pack and pay less per page. Every option prints its per-page cost — that is the number you pay.
Unlimited conversions, unlimited verification reports, unlimited CSV — no account, no card. Paid packs unlock Excel and QBO, which is what you need if the numbers are going into QuickBooks, Xero or a client file. Find out whether your bank parses cleanly before you spend anything.

One payment each, never expires. A 300-page pack covers a year of monthly statements for most accounts.
Paid through PayPal — a PayPal account is not required, cards work too. The licence key is emailed and shown on screen within a minute of payment; nothing is shipped. Prices in US dollars, excluding any tax your country may add. 14-day refund, no questions asked.
Past about 300 pages a month a subscription will be cheaper than buying packs. They open after launch; until then a page pack covers every feature.

This is not loss-leader pricing. Every one of those tools pays for OCR and server time on every page, because the parsing happens in their data centre. Ours happens in your browser, on your machine, at a marginal cost to us of zero. Competitor figures are from their own public pricing pages, 2026.
Lost your key? Have it re-sent from the address you bought with. Anything else: support page.
No. The PDF is read by code running in your browser; the text never leaves your machine. The privacy policy is short because there is nothing to disclose — disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still converts.
No. A scan is a picture, and this tool does no OCR. Download the statement from your bank's website instead; that file has real text in it.
Any statement laid out as a table with a header row: date, description, amounts, optionally balance. Chase and Bank of America layouts are verified in detail. If yours is not recognised, the page says so instead of guessing, and the free CSV export costs you nothing to find out.
A page of the PDF. A 4-page statement exported to Excel spends 4 pages; exporting the same statement to CSV spends nothing. Merging six statements into one Excel file spends their pages added together.
Yes — paste the same key there. The page balance is kept in the browser where you activated, so for the count to carry on, keep using the same browser. Lost keys are re-sent to the email you bought with.
It is a standard Web Connect (.qbo) file: File → Utilities → Import → Web Connect in QuickBooks Desktop, or the bank-file upload in QuickBooks Online. The statement must print an account number for the file to carry one.
The verification report tells you where. The running balance is re-added row by row, and the totals are compared with what the bank printed; a break is shown with its row number. Check that row by hand — and if the tool misread a layout, send the file and it gets fixed.
14 days, no questions, full amount, whether or not pages were used. If your bank's statement will not read at all, the refund has no time limit. Refund policy.
