Refund Policy

The honest version: you can find out whether this tool works for your bank without paying us anything. Conversion, the verification report and CSV export are free and unlimited. If your statement parses cleanly for free, it will parse cleanly after you pay — the paid plans unlock export formats, not accuracy.

So please try it before you buy. That said:

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, write to support@balancesout.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request. Include the PayPal order reference so we can find the payment, and please ask us before opening a PayPal dispute — a refund is faster for both of us. For page packs we refund the full purchase, whether or not pages have been used.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, that payment is refunded in full. After that, a cancellation ends future billing rather than refunding the month in progress — write to us anyway if something went wrong, and we will sort it out.

If your bank is not supported

Full refund, no time limit, no argument. If the Service will not read your statements, it is of no use to you and we should not keep your money. Send us the file if you are willing — it is how new layouts get added.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five business days of us approving them; PayPal or your card issuer may take a further 3–5 business days to show it. A refunded key is voided in our records: it will not be re-sent, and we ask you to stop using it.
